    Equipment & Setup

    • Grinder: Burr grinder for consistent medium grind.

    • Brewer: Pour-over, drip machine, or French press all work beautifully.

    • Scale & Timer: Helps dial in your ideal strength and extraction time.

    Water Temperature

    • Use water between 195–205°F (90–96°C).

    • Filtered water is best to preserve the coffee’s natural flavors.

    Grind Size

    • Medium grind (like sand) is ideal for drip and pour-over.

    • Medium-coarse works well for French press.

    Brew Time

    • Drip Machine: 5–7 minutes.

    • Pour-Over: 3–4 minutes.
